As a kid, I’ve always been very active, but as with many adolescents, my priorities shifted during puberty.

Suddenly I was less active, consumed a lot more junk, and started partying with my friends, which caused bad skin and weight gain.

After a while, I unsurprisingly no longer felt comfortable in my own skin. Worse, I felt insecure, and my self-confidence really started to suffer.

One Sunday evening, I was slightly desperately starring at myself in the mirror and got pissed. I looked myself in the eye and thought, I want to lose weight. It’s possible, and I’ll make this change happen!

This was in 2005, and up to that point, no one had ever explained to me how nutrition, exercise, or the human body works. My body shape was out of control, and I had no idea why. Maybe you can relate to how I felt.

Thanks to my youthful motivation, I started looking for answers. However, the more I dealt with nutrition and training, the more confused I became.

There were so many conflicting opinions, experiences, and scientific studies that it was ultimately impossible to come up with a straight answer.

Spurred on by my goal, I wanted to find out the truth at all costs. As a result, I quickly realized that the only way to get what I wanted was to put all these statements through the acid test.

Ok, why not, I thought. I made it my personal mission to do whatever it takes to find a way of training and eating that gives me the body I feel good and confident with while still enjoying my life.

Since my first day in the gym in 2006, my mission took me through various training methods and nutritional trends.

On my journey, I made countless mistakes and suffered massive setbacks. I even invested my weekends in 2012 in becoming a certified fitness trainer.

But after years of trial and error, I finally became convinced that I understood for sure how the human body works and why my training and nutrition methods work the way they do.

I realized that the problem that so many of us are struggling with their weight and health is not due to the difficulty of the task but simply to a lack of knowledge.

So, if I could find a way to get this knowledge to the point and teach it in an easily digestible and understandable way, this could help so many people.

As a result, I created my first transformation program and started using it with my clients.

Regardless of whether they were initially obese, overweight, or just wanted to tone up, once they followed it, the results were outstanding!

It led everyone who was willing to put in the work to desired body shapes while still enjoying their lives.

Ever since I gathered all the required knowledge in my first program, I’ve been in full control of my body shape while I genuinely enjoyed my life with friends, family, eating out, and partying.

My goal was never to be a bodybuilder, a professional athlete, or let alone make money with my body and its appearance.

I developed so much joy and passion for fitness because I want to be fit, confident, healthy, and feel good about myself without missing out on anything.

However, on this journey I also became very passionate about growing in all areas of my life.

Over time I’ve found that the first step to living a fulfilling life is treating your body right. Why?

Because if you keep yourself physically fit, you have more energy, drive, and endurance. And this physical change will immediately affect your mental well-being, leading to more motivation, passion, and persistence. Which in turn, drives you to live more mindful, keep growing, and find happiness.

Consequently, you can transform your whole life by truly understanding how to take full control of your body shape.

My Lifestyle

Balance

As a born Libra, I try to give my life exactly what I consider to be incredibly valuable to everyone, balance. I believe that life should be lived, and that spontaneity and flexibility often bring us the most valuable and wonderful experiences.

I believe that enjoyment and variety are the essences of life. I also believe in values and goals, and that following them doesn’t mean living a life full of limitations. On the contrary, my values and goals enrich my life and give me incredible freedom and balance that make my life so indescribably worth living.

It gives me pleasure to rationalize with myself whether something is good or bad for me or to listen to my gut, but always follow my inner compass on the right path.

My friends would say I’m a real people person. I´m so mesmerized by different perspectives, beliefs, and attitudes towards life. Traveling to distant countries and exploring foreign cultures has always been a passion of mine.

I believe that we humans can all learn immensely from each other through our views and experiences and that we can enrich our lives mutually. My regular lively exchange with others inspired me to strive for the highest quality of life and to encourage my fellow human beings to share this goal with me.

I believe that it is imperative and valuable to be happy and grateful for what you have. But I also believe that it is granted to all of us to strive for greater things, to make our dreams come true and to live exactly as we have always imagined we could.

My daily routine usually kicks off with some quiet time for myself, and a good amount of exercise in the morning. I train either at home, in the gym or nature, wherever I like, and which helps me to attain my fitness goals.

These workouts wake me up, increase my focus, provide me with energy for the whole day, and always put a smile on my face. I believe in exercise and its positive effects on the body, mind, and soul, simply because I know how incredibly good it makes me feel every single day.

I love Food. And I love to eat a lot good stuff, which is fortunately totally fine due to my high level of activity. My heart beats for fresh, organic, and high-quality produce. But don’t get me wrong, I also love burgers, pizza and all kind of adult beverages.

For my daily diet, however, whole food simply gives me better energy for my lifestyle and keeps my body strong and healthy. Besides, natural foods and home-cooked meals simply taste divine. I do not believe in the complete exclusion of certain foodstuffs.

Variety and balance are the magic words. You should eat what you like, try new things regularly, always be open to change, and choose a diet that will keep you happy and healthy in the long term.
